Aquatic Somatic Education with Marina Sans
Reykjavík · 15–17 September
Marina Sans, founder of Liquid Cosmos, will offer a three-day workshop in somatic education for Aquatic Bodyworkers in Reykjavík this September.
This workshop is a beautiful opportunity for practitioners with a foundation in aquatic therapies to deepen, refine, and expand their practice in the water.
Together, we will explore movement and touch through the lens of fascia, synovial fluid, and the joints, developing a more nuanced understanding of how the body moves, responds, and reorganizes within the aquatic environment.
Marina brings an in-depth understanding of anatomy together with a subtle and refined sensitivity to movement, touch, and water. She has cultivated her approach through more than 30 years of practice, with the last 25 years dedicated to exploring and developing this work in the water.
Her teaching invites practitioners to slow down, listen more deeply, and discover new possibilities within their existing practice — allowing the qualities of water to become an even more integral part of the therapeutic experience.
This is an opportunity to deepen your anatomical understanding, refine your hands-on skills, and develop a more embodied and sensitive relationship with the water and the people you work with.
